By using the Bitesy app you agree to these terms.

Bitesy is not medical advice. Recipes, guides, meal suggestions and the allergen tracker are general educational content. Every baby is different — always consult your pediatrician or health visitor about feeding, allergies and readiness for solids, and always supervise your baby while eating.

Using Bitesy

Bitesy is for personal, non-commercial use by adults (18+).
You are responsible for how food is prepared and served to your child, including checking temperatures, textures and cut sizes.
Don't copy, resell or scrape the app's content.

Bitesy Plus subscription

Bitesy Plus unlocks all recipes and unlimited fridge ideas: $4.99/month or $29.99/year (prices may vary by region; the App Store shows your local price).
New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. After the trial your subscription starts automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store settings. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.

Content and availability

We work hard to keep content accurate and aligned with AAP/NHS guidance, and we update it over time. We may add, change or remove features. The app is provided "as is", and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Your account

You can stop using Bitesy at any time. To delete your account and data, email merveealpay@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
