How do I cancel my subscription or trial?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bitesy Plus → Cancel. Cancelling during the free trial means you won't be charged.

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Open the Bitesy Plus screen in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us from your account email address and we'll delete everything within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.

Is Bitesy medical advice?

No. Bitesy is educational content for parents — always consult your pediatrician, and always supervise your baby during meals.
